New Product R&D & Implementation: Lead tile formula adjustment, color design, and process parameter setting (e.g., forming, firing, glazing). Collaborate with factories to resolve technical challenges during R&D; coordinate sample production and performance testing (e.g., wear resistance, water absorption, stain resistance) to ensure products comply with international and domestic standards. Product Sourcing: Develop and evaluate finished tile suppliers; verify supplier qualifications (e.g., production capacity, quality management system, certification credentials). Establish a qualified supplier database and conduct regular performance assessments; maintain long-term cooperative relationships to enhance supply chain stability. Formulate sourcing plans based on sales orders and inventory requirements. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment methods (e.g., L/C/T/T), and quality guarantee clauses to sign procurement contracts with optimal cost-efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages. Proficiency in office software and relevant sourcing/design tools.
