Urgent Hiring for Asst. Manager PPC in Food industry based at Nadiad loctaion

The job description is as below:

 

Production Planning and Material Planning- Scheduling of Raw Materials & Packing Materials to ensure manufacturing continuity

 

Inventory Control- Supply Chain Co-ordination

 

Active Involvement in Production and Capacity Planning

 

Measure, Track and Share the PVA (Plan vs Actual) of Production and Co-ordinate for corrective action to achieve the PVA Target

 

Coordinate and follow up with Vendors for On Time and In Full Material Deliveries

 

Prepare and Execute the Phase-In Phase-Out plan for Raw Materials

 

Derive the Material requirement from Demand & Production Plan and raise purchase requisition and purchase orders with maintaining the accuracy of current rate contract accordingly.

 

Make the Call Off correction to accommodate the forecast changes with optimization of Inventory levels

 

Review the Obsolete materials stock and initiate appropriate action to reduce the cost of Material Distress as well as creating back up plan for manufacturing continuity

 

Periodically review the plant inventories, safety stocks, MOQ etc as per norms and update the master data of SAP accordingly.

 

Act as the liaison between stakeholders such as Supply Chain QA, Finance, Vendors etc for resolving issues related to Quality Rejection, Documentation and Payment etc.

 

Measure, Track and Co-ordinate to improve Supplier Delivery Performance(OTIF).
