1. Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements for management review. Maintain project-wise accounting, ensuring accurate cost allocation and revenue recognition as per applicable standards. 1. Property & Land Legal Matters Conduct title due diligence, ownership verification, and encumbrance checks for land parcels which are being considered for acquisitions.
