Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices. Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.   2. Initiative & Independent Execution Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work.
