We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare providers and chemists. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of medical terminology and a proven ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals and chemists.
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Provide comprehensive product information including benefits, usage guidelines and potential side effects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product strategy.
Maintain detailed records of daily calls, sales activities and customer interactions.
Submit regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
1to3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
