• To identify and develop new business opportunities.
• To build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• To ensure consistent reporting, communication, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• To maintain professional representation of the company at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the BD team’s operations and ensure target achievement.
• Approve client proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and logistics teams for feasibility and commitment alignment.

BD Executives / Officers:

• Generate leads through research, networking, and industry channels.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
• Maintain follow-up with clients for inquiries, orders, and feedback.
• Update CRM or reporting sheets regularly with accurate data.
• Maintain documentation, client databases, and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal departments for sample dispatch, order processing, and status updates.

Qualifications and skills:

• MBA or Pharma Experience
