Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESI, PF, etc.).
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Handle leaves, overtime, shift scheduling, and salary administration.
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems..
- Track employee KPIs and probation review processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage field-level HR challenges.
