1. Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements for management review. Maintain project-wise accounting, ensuring accurate cost allocation and revenue recognition as per applicable standards. Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations on a regular basis. Ensure all books of accounts comply with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / Companies Act). Preparing monthly accounting reports and presenting the data and findings to the management at subsidiary levels and consolidated at the group level.  2. Taxation & Compliance Handle all direct and indirect tax compliances including Income Tax, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory obligations Ensure timely filing of all tax returns, challans, and forms (GST 1, 3B, TDS returns, advance tax, etc.). Manage input credit reconciliation, tax payments, and statutory record maintenance. Work on tax planning and optimization strategies for projects to improve post-tax returns and compliance efficiency. Review vendor invoices for GST/TDS accuracy and compliance before payments. Coordinate with tax authorities for assessments, refunds, and notices. 3. Coordination with Auditors & Consultants Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants to ensure smooth audits and compliance reviews. Support auditors by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation required during statutory and tax audits. Ensure audit observations are resolved promptly and internal controls are strengthened accordingly. 4. Project-Level Financial Structuring Assist in structuring project-level entities (LLP, SPV, JV) to ensure optimal tax benefits and compliance efficiency. Work with finance and legal teams to evaluate impact of tax laws on new project acquisitions, JVs, and redevelopments. Prepare cost statements and fund-flow projections for each project, ensuring compliance with RERA and other regulatory frameworks   5. Internal Controls & Process Improvements Implement robust accounting systems, checks, and control mechanisms to ensure transparency and accuracy. Periodically review internal accounting processes and recommend automation or software-based improvements Maintain all statutory registers and compliance calendars to ensure no lapses in due dates. Required Primary Skills Strong accounting, analytical, and reconciliation skills. Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Excel, Miracle and accounting/reporting software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for working with banks, auditors, and consultants. High ethical standards and attention to detail. Key Performance Indicators Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports and tax filings. Compliance score (no missed statutory deadlines). Job location is Diu UT and Salary is up 35000 INR per month with Food and Accomodation.   The Site Supervisor will be responsible for independently managing and supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality control, and safety compliance. This role demands a self-starter, proactive professional who can take initiative, anticipate site needs, and carry out assigned work with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess strong practical knowledge of construction methods, finishing standards, and workforce management.   Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily construction and finishing activities on-site. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices. Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.   2. Initiative & Independent Execution Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work. Anticipate material, labor, and equipment needs and coordinate proactively with procurement and engineers. Plan and execute tasks to maintain work continuity even in absence of higher management. Ensure quality, productivity, discipline, and coordination among site teams.   3. Quality & Safety Control Conduct regular quality checks for civil, finishing, and MEP works. Enforce safety norms and ensure PPE compliance by all site personnel. Prevent rework by maintaining execution accuracy and following approved drawings. Highlight and rectify workmanship or material quality issues immediately. Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly material testing.   4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily work logs, attendance registers, and site progress reports. Record material inflow and outflow, coordinate with stores/procurement teams. Capture daily progress photos and update management via email/WhatsApp as required. Maintain checklists for quality and activity completion.   5. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project flow. Communicate clearly about requirements, progress, and challenges. Support in preparation of bills, measurements, and progress updates.   Required Primary Skills: Ability to read and understand basic architectural and structural drawings. Knowledge of construction activities & ability to handle work pressure & get execution done through contractors. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Familiarity with site documentation, quality checklists, and progress tracking.
