Hiring Sales Coordinator-cum-Commercial Executive for a Leading HVAC Industry

Job Description:

Brief Job Profile:

• The selected candidate is expected to support Business Development Team in various Pre-
• Sales & Post Sales Process to enable the team present competitive and timely sales presentations, prepare optimal Bill of Material (BOM) and precise costing for various products and projects.
• It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in preparing sales presentations, proposal documentation, tender preparation, managing and updating relevant Sales MIS and ensure timely execution of customer orders and manage billes receivables.
• The selected candidate has to assume the role as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between BD Team, Customers, Production, Planning and QC Department.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator-cum-Commercial Executive:

• Assist Business Development Teams in planning, organizing & implementing, sales strategies and activities to achieve sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner.
• Gather & Analyze the Market Data
• Assist in preparation of BOM, Costing etc.to present precise and profitable sales proposals to the customers and prospects.
• Co-ordinate in resolving customer issues with the production team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Any Graduate. (Diploma or MBA in Mktg. Preferred, though not a MUST.)
• 4-6 years + of experience in Auto Component / HVAC / Engineering Industry.
• Must have worked in the above Industry in the last 3 years

Skills & Abilities:

• Data analysis skills and structured decision-making on data
• Good commercial understanding
• Good English communication - both written and verbal.
• Verbal fluency in Hindi is a MUST.
• Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint – MUST.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Working knowledge on Tally / Any ERP will be an added advantage.
• Willingness for occasional travel.
