Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing people operations
- On-boarding and joining formalities.
- Provide support to employees on employee-centric questions like policies, paid time off etc.
- Maintain employee records & documents as per stated policies & procedures
- End to End Recruitment process.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain candidate database / other employee related reports
- Employee Attendance / Leave Management
- General Office Administration tasks
Skill Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have prior experience in HR ops.
- Must have Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Grasping and ability to learn fast.
- Positive & go-getter attitude
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Active listener, personable, empathetic
- Good command over word, excel and email drafting
- Experience working in IT software development company would be plus
- IT recruitment experience from Fresher’s to Senior Level
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites / job portals
Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Any bachelor’s degree, MBA (HR)
Salary: 40k to 60k (Negotiable for deserving candidate)
Job Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Work from office
