Job Description:

Head of Manpower Solutions Position Overview:

The Head of Manpower Solutions is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s manpower consultancy services, focusing on client satisfaction, workforce deployment, business growth, and long-term retention strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring customized manpower solutions that align with client needs while driving revenue growth and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring their requirements are met with tailored manpower solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Actively address client feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Manpower Planning & Delivery:

  • Assess and understand client business needs to provide customized workforce solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, deployment, and management of personnel based on client requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower resources while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Business Retention & Growth:

  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients by consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow manpower services within existing accounts and expand into new business areas.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to position the consultancy as a leader in manpower solutions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor manpower operations to ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization.
  • Implement processes to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies in all manpower operations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, recruiters, and account managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver exceptional service.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Develop innovative strategies to differentiate the consultancy in the manpower services domain.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • B.E + MBA will be also considered for the position
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in manpower consultancy or HR solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large client accounts and growing consultancy businesses.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong client relationship and account management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in workforce management tools and CRM systems.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Growth in revenue from manpower consultancy services.
  • Timeliness and quality of manpower delivery.
  • Efficiency in resource utilization and operational costs.
  • Team performance and productivity metrics.

Work Environment:

  • Dynamic, client-facing role requiring adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset. May require travel to client locations for relationship management and business development.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
