Do well basic services and achieve service target, promote energy-saving services and EMC, sign AMC and sales of spare parts.
Maintain user relationship, know well the operation condition of every chiller unit in the responsible area, achieve the good service satisfaction.
Standard machine room build-up, supply standard service to users.
User system and application information collection & analysis.
Write professional service report after site service, edit professional service proposal and communicate with customer to promote.
Supply training to users, organize user summit regularly.
Good soft skills (English language, communication, mail writing & proposal making );
With the related field work experience, such as electrical engineer, electrical technician in chiller, motor, elevator, generator set, etc.
Capable to operate and service PLC control system
Experience: Fresher Engineers can also apply and experience from the similar domain is more preferred (Priority with work experience in absorption chiller industry / refrigeration industry / HVAC industry)
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical - EE/EEE, Mechanical
Job Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Being in Service, Candidate need to travel as demand in the responsible region even PAN India as per requirement)
