1. Property & Land Legal Matters Conduct title due diligence, ownership verification, and encumbrance checks for land parcels which are being considered for acquisitions. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices.
