1. Property & Land Legal Matters Conduct title due diligence, ownership verification, and encumbrance checks for land parcels which are being considered for acquisitions. Review and maintain all land and revenue records, including property cards, 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, and NA/NOC documents and all other documents to each land parcel of the company. Coordinate with the Revenue Department, Collector’s office, and Tehsildar offices for property-related matters permissions, and hearings as may be required. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices.
