Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
· Attend incoming calls, respond to them, and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
· Greet visitors at the office, register their names and contact details.
· Maintain important petty cash, documents, files, and records in an organized manner.
· Provide assistance to the heads in the administration department.
· Keep all stationary items up to date and order fresh stock as needed.
· Supervise the housekeeping department and ensure stock items are maintained.
· Occasionally provide information about the organization's services and products.
· Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
· Confer and coordinate with other departments.
· Maintain inventory and stationary stock.
· Handle travel arrangements, including booking hotels and travel tickets through various platforms.
