Job Description:
The job description is as below:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn & Naukri Portal, other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Promoting employer Branding and improving employee experience at Company.
Co-ordination of Training and development activities with department and see on time completion of training according to calendar.
Involve in employee engagement activities in plant and drive the same in best possible way.
Maintaining employee personnel file in best possible way.
Prepare various matrix related to HR
Issuing of letter like Appointment letter, Transfer Letter, Promotion Letter & Confirmation letters.
Coordination with recruitment consultants and closing positions.
Training and development of an existing and new joinee.
PMS for existing employee.
Job Specification
a) Qualification Any graduate with MBA/MHRM/MSW with HR
b) Other Technical Should be well versed with Naukri. Com & LinkedIn
c) Professional Qualification NA
d) Minimum Experience 5 to 8 Yrs
e) Skill Set & Competencies
- Should be well versed with English Communication
- Should be well versed with micro soft office
- Should have good presentation skills
- Both Male and Female preferred
- WEEKLY OFF IS ON MONDAY
