Job Description:

Desired Profile:

  • Should have experience of leading a team of BDE
  • Be highly involved in client communications for domestic/overseas clients
  • Responsible to bring business using different business & sales strategies
  • Responsible for territory management, client acquisition, client relationship & retention
  • Should have experience in the following:
    • Lead Generation
    • Experience in managing Social Media leads (LinkedIn Navigator, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook management)
    • Managing a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation skills
  • Should be comfortable taking up an individual target alongwith team target
  • Must have demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and new client acquisition targets over the years
  • Work with and expand the prospect & client base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
  • Finding and developing new markets nationally and internationally and improving sales.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes for business growth
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Taking digital marketing initiatives for product & company branding
  • Attending conferences and industry events as and when required

 

Required Skills:

  • The candidate MUST be from product company into IT/EdTech
  • Candidate must be willing to take up individual target & also achieve team target
  • Candidate should be willing to travel across India whenever required
  • Individual Target for BDM: 12 Lakhs per month
  • Incentive is given over achieving 100% target
  • There would be a deductionin salary if 100% target is not achieved
  • Preferred to lead/manage a team
  • Candidate should have achieved/overachieved targets in current company
