Job Description:
- Attend Customer support calls and help resolve them with support of concerned team
- Maintain Customer support logs and records
- Assign customer request to concerned department for taking action
- Make follow-up calls to customers for getting their feedback and motivating them for using the app
Requirements/Qualifications
- BCom, BA, BSc or similar graduation
- Should have worked in a customer support role for a minimum of 1 year
- Should have handled customer support for a Tech/App/Web product or solution
