Job Description:
- All the Queries, Complaints and requests of Customers and solve them
- Converting Leads received or inquiries into active sales as an in-house sales representative
- Audit and reconciliation of customer’s ledger and follow-up with them for payments
- Ensure all over the counter transactions are processed efficiently and within agreed SLA/TAT
- Monitoring and reconciling of the Clearing and other Suspense Accounts Daily
- Maintaining stock of Food and Beverages, customer’s Documents
- Ensure vendors and House Keeping team’s payment done on time
- Responsible for maintenance and up-keepment of the Centre as per the Standard of Organization
- Heading team of housekeeping and other community associates
- Handling escalations, complaints of the clients
- Undertake active coordination with Centralized Operations Units and BU’s for timely error free processing of transactions and security documentations
- Compliance and adherence of internal and external regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous and timely delivery of customer requirements
- To ensure to have effective control over the deliverable and monitoring to be done as per the laid down processes
