AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Explore and experiment with state-of-the-art AI techniques, including Gen-AI, GAN, NLP, and VGQAN.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Deploy models in production environments and monitor their performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in machine learning techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience AI-driven applications.
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications.

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 9AM - 7PM (Mon-Sat working)
