Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Dynamics CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet the organization's business needs. Your expertise in CRM development, configuration, and integration will play a vital role in optimizing customer relationship management processes and enhancing overall business efficiency.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather functional requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications for CRM enhancements.
  • Design comprehensive and scalable CRM solutions that align with industry best practices, focusing on meeting business objectives and delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions to identify and address bugs, errors, and performance issues before deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices to suggest and implement improvements in CRM functionality.
  • Lead CRM projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with stakeholders.

 

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Dynamics CRM Developer or CRM Specialist, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in CRM plugins, workflows, JavaScript, C#, and .NET development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (optional, but preferred).

 

Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 10am to 7:30pm (5 days)
