Hiring for Project Supervisor (C&I) for Solar projects for Ahmedabad

Job Description:

Position Objective
• We are looking for a technically sound and experienced Project Supervisor (C&I) who can coordinate and execute C&I; solar
projects, ensure timely project completion, provide prompt after-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
1. Local Candidate – Ahmedabad: Local to Ahmedabad with good knowledge of GIDC and industrial areas.
2. Own Vehicle: Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits.
3. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years relevant solar/C&I;/project execution experience.
4. Technical Knowledge: Technically sound in solar project execution and after-sales service.
5. Site Survey & Project Planning: Experience in site survey, planning and understanding site requirements.
6. Vendor & Installation Team Coordination: Coordinate vendors, installation teams and stakeholders.
7. Material Planning & Dispatch: Coordinate material planning, dispatch and site availability.
8. Project Execution & Commissioning: Handle execution through completion and commissioning.
9. Client Handling & Project Updates: Handle client queries and provide timely project updates.
10. CEIG & Documentation Follow-up: Coordinate CEIG-related work and required documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete project activities within planned timelines.
• Coordinate client, project team, vendors and installation teams.
• Ensure proper installation and execution.
• Provide prompt and proper after-sales service.
• Identify project issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Follow up on CEIG and documentation.
• Support C&I; Sales Team for project-related coordination.

Important Requirements / Expectations
• All above requirements are mandatory for client satisfaction and repeat/referral orders in C&I.;
• Inputs are provided by the C&I; Sales Team, Ahmedabad, based on project requirements.
• Project hiring, client satisfaction, installation quality and project execution are the responsibility of Company / Project Head /Project Team.
• Any project-related query or issue should be addressed and resolved within a maximum of 3 days from the date it is raised, wherever practically possible.
• Candidate must have a prompt, responsible and service-oriented approach, especially for after-sales support.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Local Ahmedabad candidate with GIDC knowledge
• Own vehicle and comfortable with site visits

• Technically sound Solar/C&I; project experience
• Strong client, vendor and team coordination
• Site survey, project execution and commissioning experience
• Material planning, documentation and CEIG follow-up
• Timely issue resolution and after-sales service
• Good communication and follow-up skills
