Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY


Procure hotel confirmation numbers: Reach out to hotels (via call or email) or suppliers (via email) to obtain
the necessary confirmation numbers for reservations.
Update the Stuba system: After obtaining the confirmation numbers, input them accurately into the Stuba
system to maintain proper records.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Strong verbal communication skills (ability to interact effectively with hotels)
Average written communication skills (able to compose clear and concise written emails for
reconfirmations)
Flexible to work in shifts (willingness to adapt to varying schedules)
Age criteria: Not above 30 years old

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Reconfirm hotel bookings: Contact the hotel directly via call or email, or reach out to the supplier via email
to reconfirm existing bookings.
Procure hotel confirmation numbers: Ensure the confirmation numbers are received for each booking.
Update the Stuba system: Accurately input the obtained hotel confirmation numbers into the Stuba system for
proper tracking and record-keeping.

Pune - DS – 10 am to 7pm/ AS – 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm // LS – 7pm to 3am (Weekdays and weekend working -As per as roster
