Product Sourcing: Develop and evaluate finished tile suppliers; verify supplier qualifications (e.g., production capacity, quality management system, certification credentials). Establish a qualified supplier database and conduct regular performance assessments; maintain long-term cooperative relationships to enhance supply chain stability. Strong market insight, innovative thinking, and capabilities in supplier negotiation and cost control. Ability to accurately identify market needs and translate them into product and sourcing solutions. Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages. Proficiency in office software and relevant sourcing/design tools.
