Looking for Quality Assurance for trusted manufacturer of electrical equipment and engineering solutions company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop-floor production activities.
• Handle winding, core/coil assembly, and transformer assembly processes.
• Ensure production is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor the production process and maintain process control and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and production targets.
• Maintain production records and report any process deviations.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of shop-floor production and process control.
• Knowledge of winding, core/coil, and assembly processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of 5S, quality, and safety practices.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Industry Preference: Transformer / Power Equipment Manufacturing.
