We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer/Technician specializing in hydraulic elevator systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, precision tuning, and maintenance of hydraulic lifting solutions. If you have a deep understanding of fluid power, electrical controls, and safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Valve Settings: Calibrate and adjust hydraulic control valves to ensure smooth acceleration, deceleration, and leveling accuracy.
Power Unit and Hydraulic Cylinder Management
Service hydraulic power units (pumps, motors, and reservoirs) and hydraulic cylinders.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve faults within hydraulic valves, powerpack and cylinder. Interpret electrical schematics to wire controllers, sensors, and safety circuits; diagnose and resolve electrical faults within the hydraulic system.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to industry safety standards and maintain comprehensive service logs.
Required Secondary Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for site work and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and site supervisors.
