Corporate Gifting Manager (Male)

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Corporate Gifting Head to lead our corporate gifting program and help us build strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners. The successful candidate will develop and implement gifting strategies, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of gifting programs.

Industry Preference: Gifitng manager in the pharma sector/other corporate houses (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement corporate gifting strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets and forecast gifting expenses
- Curate a selection of home decor items for gifting purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and partners
- Oversee the execution of gifting programs, including ordering, shipping, and tracking
- Analyze and report on gifting program performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate gifting, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful gifting programs
- Strong knowledge of home decor industry and trends
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Professional certifications in marketing or sales
Experience in retail or e-commerce industry
Familiarity with CRM software and gifting platforms

Travel or any other details: Travel within Ahmedabad
