Job Description:

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the industrial sector.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client companies.
  • Provide technical expertise and product presentations to demonstrate the value of industrial solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and consultation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Train and mentor junior sales engineers and support staff as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
