Job Description:
- Experience dealing with queries via email is essential
- Previous E-commerce experience desirable
- Assisting with customer queries on marketplace messages for Amazon/eBay/Websites and ensuring customers receive a response within the 24-hour response time limit
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assisting on customers who may have received their orders late, received the wrong order or received faulty products
- Mainta Ability to problem solve to find the best customer outcome
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 to 50 wpm
