Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in recruitment, particularly in domains like IT, engineering, or sales, is a plus.
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
