Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
Reach out to clients via WhatsApp, Email and phone call, do in- person meetings if required.
Introduce OTPLESS and its features to potential clients
Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
Convince clients to install and use OTPLESS
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Basic to good English speaking and writing skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Male & Female both can apply
Might require occasional travel for client meetings (inside / outside Surat). All costs to be borne by the company
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Education: Any Gradate
Salary: 4.5L – 6L per annum
Industry: Banking, Telecom, SAAS / IT or any end customer facing role (B2B preferred)
