Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:

Fully comprehend the project’s objectives, understand & grasp what the final product should look like, what time frame is satisfactory, and how much money is budgeted

Manage project plans, establish priorities, manage deadlines, direct others and control many projects at various stages of work

Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork

Ensure customer satisfaction

Manage effective communication inside team and towards the customer

Project reviews with the leaders & team members
-
Ensure that quality and data security standards are followed in all project activities and identify any loopholes in processes
-
Identify training needs inside the team and arrange regular trainings
-
Participate in performance review process of the team

Work with senior management for organizational development
Skill Requirements:

Strong organizational and team management skills

Time management, prompt decision making, efficiency to handle multiple projects

Inspect projects for quality assurance and technologies implemented

Good command over written and verbal communication

Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills

Attention to details while keeping the high level overview

Ability to lead teams working on different technologies

Ability to design technical architecture of projects

Hands on experience in software development according to ISO 13485 and data security
-
Strong Risk Management skills - Risk identification and mitigation plan

Work experience in mobile technology development would be an added advantage
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office / Google Sheets
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech.
