Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the BOPP Laminated Woven Bags industry. This role requires frequent travel to meet clients and establish strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BOPP Laminated Woven Bags or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language (Telugu for South, Punjabi for North), English, and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to travel 15-20 days a month.
