Operations Manager for leading IT Company

Job Description:

• Working closely with the HR team to design and implement processes/training.
• Working closely with project managers to set priorities of projects and resources
• Having a strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels like Organic SEO, Social Media, and Content writing and technologies like WordPress, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of project management.
• Having prior experience working with a large growing team and diverse set of people in leadership roles
• Ability to think creatively and have innovative ideas
• Closely working with projects delivery managers to understand the capabilities of resources, productivity, and efficiency, and be a part of the feedback system
• PRO with excel, data, and reporting
• Knowledge of Project Collaboration tool(s) like Click Up
• Handling employees’ feedback and escalations and Grievances
• Developing processes for team meetings and feedback system at regular intervals
• Working closely with the CEO to understand of the business model as well as day-to-day operations to put together necessary reports in order to make data-driven decisions
• Making use of the best available tools to measure the effectiveness of resources (in office as well as remote)
