Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
- Respond promptly to service calls and breakdowns
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical escalations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Support continuous improvement of service processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma (EEE / ECE) / ITI (Electrician / Electronics) / BE
