Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented HR Manager who can build and scale high performing teams through strategic talent acquisition and strong HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, business partnering and system implementation with a practical and results driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

Lead end to end recruitment for leadership, sales and critical business positions.

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.

Ensure timely hiring with strong follow up, stakeholder coordination and offer closures.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
HR Operations & Execution

Oversee employee onboarding, documentation and HR process implementation.

Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and day to day operational activities.

Drive employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Employer Branding & Talent Positioning

Strengthen the organization's employer brand across recruitment platforms.

Develop initiatives to enhance candidate experience and market positioning.

Promote the company as an employer of choice through effective talent engagement.
Business Alignment

Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements.

Align hiring strategies with organizational growth plans and business objectives.

Act as a strategic HR partner supporting business expansion initiatives.
System Building & Process Improvement

Develop practical and execution focused HR systems and recruitment frameworks.

Create scalable hiring processes that improve speed, quality and accountability.

Focus on operational excellence rather than excessive documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or sales driven organizations.

Proven experience in building teams from scratch.

Strong exposure to hiring for sales, leadership and business critical roles.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive closures with consistent follow up.

High level of ownership, accountability and execution excellence.

Practical problem-solving approach with the ability to build effective HR systems.
