Hiring for Business Development Executive for reputed and fast growing multi-disciplined contracting company in Industrial Automation and Electrical Domain

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in fabricated metal products or related industrial sectors. The candidate should have
exposure to products such as Cable Trays, Heavy Duty Racks, Industrial Storage Systems,
Fabricated Structures, or similar engineering products used in industrial and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new business opportunities, handling client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
 Promote products such as:
o Cable Trays
o Heavy Duty Racks
o Industrial Storage Solutions
o Fabricated Metal Products
o Customized Fabrication Solutions
 Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and online platforms.
 Meet consultants, contractors, EPC companies, industries, warehouses, and project clients.
 Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams for
proposals and quotations.
 Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
 Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
 Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
 Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates.

Required Skill Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing,
or related field.
 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or industrial sales.
 Experience in fabricated metal products, storage systems, cable tray industry, fabrication, racking systems, or related engineering products is preferred.
 Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
 Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM handling will be an advantage.
 Candidate should be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
