Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end business development for an assigned industry/sector
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Perform lead generation through LinkedIn, databases, and outbound strategies
- Initiate cold outreach via calls, emails, and messages
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Present company services and pitch HR consulting solutions
- Share proposals, negotiate basics, and assist in closing deals
- Manage client communication and follow-ups consistently
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with calling and outreach
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
- Interest in sales, or HR consulting
