About the Role
POST A RESUME is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our client acquisition and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Recruitment Consultancy, HR Consultancy, Staffing Firm, Executive Search Firm, or Talent Acquisition environment.
Candidates from recruitment and staffing backgrounds will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain and update business development records, pipelines, and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of business development experience.
- Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, HR Consultancy, Staffing, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition organizations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
