Job Description:
∙ Handle sales operations for assigned territory
∙ Generate new leads and develop distributor network
∙ Manage existing clients and build long-term relationships
∙ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
∙ Conduct field visits and product demonstrations
∙ Coordinate with internal team for smooth order execution
∙ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
∙ Strong sales and negotiation skills
∙ B2B sales experience
∙ Communication and client handling
∙ Target-oriented mindset
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
∙ Basic knowledge of lubricants/industrial products (preferred)
∙ MS Excel & reporting skills
∙ Team coordination
