Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source candidates using social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), job boards, and professional networks.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to offer negotiation.
- Interview Coordination :Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and provide prompt communication to candidates.
- Relationship Management: Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of potential talent.
- HR Best Practices: Maintain accurate applicant data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
- Employer Branding: Attend job fairs and career events to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
