Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively searching for candidates via job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and networking.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Coordination: Managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and handling feedback.
  • Hiring Process Management: Coordinating with hiring managers on job requirements, negotiating job offers, and closing candidates.
  • Data Management: Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to maintain candidate databases.
  • Employer Branding: Promoting the company culture to attract top talent. 
     
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple requisitions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, and online sourcing tool
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
