Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online research.

Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.

Fix meetings, demos, or calls between clients and the sales team.

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.

Build strong relationships with potential customers.

Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Support the sales team in daily tasks and documentation.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.

Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Stay updated on company products and market trends.
Requirements:

Freshers or 0–1 year experience can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
