Hr Executive
Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, performance, etc.).

Assist in payroll preparation and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.

Support training and development initiatives for skill enhancement.
-
Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate appraisal processes.

Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Collaborate with management for workforce planning and HR strategies.
