Hiring Dispatch Supervisor for Ahmedabad Location

Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Needs Stay on the floor to make sure that the stock Outward processes are carried out smoothly by the respective teams.
• Communication with all supervisors and team leaders to understand the difficulties and opportunities that they face in order to increase productivity and output and reduce delays.
• Continuous stock management on computer and on physical books on daily basis for finished goods and Raw materials
• Communication with the office team to share day to day stock outward details and pictures
• Preparing Packing list on excel with all necessary details daily after shipment is loaded

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in handling warehouse related activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams, external
• stakeholders, and Vendors.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
