Job Description:
- BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the HVAC and/or BMS industries.
- Experience selling instrumentation and sensors.
- Initiate and manage cold calling for lead generation and develop relationships with potential HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Conduct client visits to sell our instrumentation: Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to strategically position process instrumentation products in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding evolving needs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare on-time responses to requests for quotations, negotiate, and close sales orders.
- Close deals aligned with Omicron's business goals and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings for process instrumentation products and industry events as needed.
- Attend and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Submit regular client visit plans, schedule client meetings, and action plans for follow-up.
