Job Description:

-BCA OR Diploma in Computer, Certificate course in Social Media Mktg.

-Min 3 to 4 years of work experience in social media marketing / digital mktg.

-Sound work experience of Social Media Mtkg. And Strategy making for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Brand placement, Google Ads etc.

-Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages sales

- Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support

- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs

-Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data

- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources

- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information

- Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests

- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures etc.

- Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

- Maintains job results by planning, monitoring, appraising and achieving job results

- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
