Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented Business Development Manager in Engineering solution Division, who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. This is a techno commercial profile which requires technical and sales knowledge. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
To be a successful business development manager, you should be mathematically and mechanically minded and have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team.
Work Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills and Technical skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Spared Sheet and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Ability to read drawings and understanding of CNC bending machine, Fabrication and Sheetmetal work
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing in Lesar cutting, CNC bending, Fabrication, Sheetmetal, Jobwork and contract manufacturing.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position required.
