This role demands a self-starter, proactive professional who can take initiative, anticipate site needs, and carry out assigned work with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess strong practical knowledge of construction methods, finishing standards, and workforce management.   Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution Oversee daily construction and finishing activities on-site. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications. Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed. Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices. Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.   2. Initiative & Independent Execution Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work. Anticipate material, labor, and equipment needs and coordinate proactively with procurement and engineers. Plan and execute tasks to maintain work continuity even in absence of higher management.
