Job Description:
Creating, managing, and optimizing digital content for marketing purposes

Digital Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them across digital platforms.

Content Creation & Management:
- Develop engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, emails, and digital ads.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and meets branding guidelines.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, videos, and other interactive content.
- Monitor social media activity, engage with followers, and track social media trends.

SEO & SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and other paid search engine marketing efforts.

Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting various customer segments.
- Manage email lists and ensure that campaigns are tailored and optimized for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance.
- Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, leads, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Adjust campaigns based on insights from analytics and customer feedback.

Brand Development & Positioning:
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the company’s online brand presence.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.
