Tender Executive
Job Description:
-Min 1-3 years experience same profile
- As a Tender Executive in the solar industry, the primary responsibility will be to manage the process of submitting bids and proposals to potential clients, ensuring that they are competitive, compelling, and meet all the requirements of the tender documents.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality tender responses, including technical and financial proposals, and ensuring that they are delivered within the deadline.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for communicate with vendors as needed during the tender process, such as non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for assemble and maintain internal procurement documents about the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team, technical experts, and other stakeholders to gather all the necessary information required for the tender response.
-Tender Executive will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the tender documents and identifying the client's requirements and evaluation criteria to tailor the response accordingly.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for coordinating with external consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain quotes and relevant information required for the tender submission.
- Tender Executive will be responsible for participating in tender meetings, presentations, and negotiations with the clients to clarify technical and commercial aspects of the proposal.
