Job Description: - Conceptualization and Detail Engineering: Develop innovative design concepts and conduct detailed engineering to translate ideas into functional and manufactural products.
Solid works ● AutoCAD ● Inventor ● solid edge ● R&D ● Reverse Engineering ● Troubleshooting ● 3D printing
Design Optimization: Design solutions that consider manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, performance, and durability to meet project requirements and industry standards.
Design Review and Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough design reviews to identify areas for improvement, enhance product performance, and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the design process.
Research, design, evaluate, install and maintain mechanical products, equipment, and processes to meet requirements. Design modification of various robotic systems and mechanisms in Solid works and Inventor for manufacturing and 3D printing. Also making drawings and BOM for fabrication purposes of the robotic systems. Worked on robot soccer, Three different kinds of wall climbers, Terrain robot and static robot mechanisms, 3d printer’s projects.

Customer and Supplier Coordination: Maintain close communication and collaboration with customers and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives, specifications, and timelines.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in process and machine design principles, with a strong emphasis on automation skills.
Experience in developing both 3D and 2D drawings of individual assemblies using SolidWorks software.
Ability to generate accurate bills of materials for machined components, ensuring compatibility and compliance with project requirements.

Role Specifics:
Utilize SolidWorks software to design innovative solutions that optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals and deliverables
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical Designer, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
Composites Product Plug & Mould Design & Projects, Sheet Metal & Fabrication Work, Support Tooling – Storage Transfer Tools Detail Drawing, Manufacturing Process & Document Related to Work Instruction.
Product development service for customer and asper requirement make work instruction for process.
Routine filling and review documents for ISO audits.
Technical support to the production team, purchase department and vendors.
All type of fabrication works (Ex. CNC machine sheet metal body. Etc) create part detail drawing and assembly drawings and as per process create Cutting and bending drawing sequence for production easily and check Quality after manufacturing.
Make 3D Model as per Required & FEA Analysis as per Required load, Weight Calculation & BOM.
